CANCELLATION POLICY

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. (48 hours for microblading appointments)

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

ARRIVAL POLICY

As all of our appointments are strictly scheduled to allow us adequate time to do our most beautiful work, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Clients arriving 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

CHILDREN & PETS

Even though we love our furry friends, we ask that you do not bring pets into the shop during your appointment.

Children are always welcome (fair warning…we might all beg for a turn at holding your cute babies!) but we do ask that you consider the type of service and the age/activity level of your precious babes. We have needles, blades, sharp tools, hot wax, etc. and we always want to ensure their safety and yours during service.
