The Shelfie Series: with Ellyse Nichole

We asked Ellyse Nichole to pull back the curtain on her skincare shelfie, and the results are everything. From holy grails she can’t live without to those secret standouts that make her routine feel effortless, Ellyse is sharing it all.

If your shelf could only hold five products, which ones survive the cut and why those?

Clear It!!! Come one come all. Clear It is my little emergency backup when a breakout tries to show up. A tiny dab and it usually calms everything down before it has a chance to fully take over!

Berlin skin Matcha mask. She is one of my favorite little skin resets — it gently exfoliates while packing in moisture, so my skin feels soft, calm, and *actually* refreshed after. It’s the kind of mask that feels like a tiny spa moment at home (and mama will take what she can get these days)

Marie Veronique gentle retinol. I swear by this retinol at night and i've been using her for years. It’s powerful enough to smooth and brighten but formulated in a way that still feels really nourishing and kind to my skin.

Activist green botanical body oil. This body oil is pure magic after the shower. She's packed with rich botanical oils that fully melt right in and leave my skin soft as Theo's little baby booty. The fresh green scent makes the whole routine feel like a little reset right inside my own bathroom.

Isla day melt. Day Melt is one of those products that makes taking your makeup off feel like a little ritual instead of a chore. It melts everything away. The SPF, makeup, the whole day — see ya! And somehow still leaves my skin feeling soft and calm instead of stripped.

Which product elevates the entire shelf just by being there? Aesthetic presence alone.

Tuel 1 and 2! A moment of silence for the glass bottles. At the end of the day, this little duo is the step that makes my skin feel like it can finally exhale. It slows me down and actually gets everything off my face without ever feeling like it's stripping me dry.

What product earns you the most compliments?
Honestly it’s been the Isla storm serum. I’ve been getting so many comments that my skin looks plump and hydrated and during a season of moving through my days rather quickly, she’s been a real skin savior!
